Purchase of old demolished house in Inca downtown.
We had carried out the project of design, develop, remodeling and execution of the work until its completion.
We take care of municipal and demolition permits as well as connections to municipal services.
The commercialization and sale were carried out by us by our own media. Purchase, remodeling and sale term was 8 months.
